Cancellation Policy

Before You Book

Please review our cancellation, refund, transfer, and trip-change terms before confirming your trip.

Rock Climb Peru does not offer refunds for any reason, including personal illness, injury, changes in plans, weather, airline issues, strikes, force majeure events, or government restrictions. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, to protect your investment.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@rockclimbperu.com and confirmed by a reply email from us to be valid.

Trips may be transferred in some cases. We will do our best to facilitate the transfer of your trip to another person of your choosing if they are eligible. The replacement traveler must be an adult with a passport valid for at least 6 months after the proposed travel dates. Any penalty fees related to the transfer must be covered by you or the new traveler.

If you are already on your trip, scheduled tours and activities may be suspended or substitutions may be made, without refund, due to bad weather, safety concerns, or any reason determined by our guides or local authorities.

This cancellation and refund policy is subject to change at any time. Rock Climb Peru and its partners are not responsible for refunds or any additional expenses resulting from trip changes, flight changes, or cancellations of any service by air, water, or ground for any reason.
